Mental Stylis Commissions~

Once you've paid for the commission, that means you have agreed to my Terms Of Service (TOS).

If you go against my TOS, you will be immediately blocked and blacklisted which will prevent you from commissioning me in the future.

Please make sure you have really thought out what you want before you commission me, just so you will be happy with the complete piece^^

Don't be vague with your request. It's better for both you and I if you're straight-forward with what you want^^

I reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.

Up-Front Payments ONLY.

No AI training or feeding it to AI, reselling, re-licensing, redistributing, NFT usage, tracing, or claiming it as your own art.

You must credit me if you choose to post my art on social media. You can tag either my Instagram, VGen, TikTok, or discord.

Clients retain the rights to their characters, while I reserve the rights to freely use the commissioned artwork to promote myself and post it on my own platforms unless you have paid for a Privacy Fee.

I will also credit you on the post of your commission to let others know if it's your OC!

Commercial use means you have purchased rights to use your commission commercially.

You must pay for "Commercial Rights" in order to use your commission commercially.

No refunds once I've started on your commission, unless emergencies arise where I'll be physically unable to finish your commission,

Please don't change your mind on what you want done after you have paid for the commission.

You have a maximum of 3 changes / revisions per commission, you can only make changes to the Deadlines may be extended depending on the difficulty of the revision.

It will take me (3 days - 3 weeks) to complete your commission, but the deadline may be extended depending on things that come up in my personal life. (E.g. A family / Medical emergency).

I will send updates per stage (e.g. The sketch, line art, and base colour).

Feel free to DM me whenever you have any questions or concerns about you commission progress^^

I'm perfectly OK with different forms of communication^^ (e.g. Text, call, or voice memo). This is in case you don't feel comfortable with the other options^^

With requesting what you want done, I may ask you to repeat what you said or to elaborate further on it. This is to prevent any miscommunication/misunderstanding^^ This is also because I'm a bit slow to retaining information, so I would greatly appreciate your patience^^
